Client Money Protection
Vardo Property Services Limited, trading as Vardo Estates, is a member of the Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme (Company Number C0141630, valid to 31 October 2026).
This scheme provides protection for client money (such as rent and deposits) held by us in the course of our letting agency and property management work, in accordance with The Client Money Protection Schemes for Property Agents (Approval and Designation of Schemes) Regulations 2019.
Client Money Protection is separate from, and in addition to, tenancy deposit protection.
